A correct diagnosis is obviously necessary for the right treatment or a right decision. This is not always the case with an extensive psychodiagnostic examination, for example using various questionnaires, but it is possible. This may involve intelligence research, personality research, research into coping options and capacity, etc.

Psychodiagnostic research is sometimes required in the context of divorce, adoption and/or guardianship procedures and out-of-home placements/supervised placements. This can involve both psychodiagnostic research of child(ren) and parent(s). Such an investigation can take place at the request of the judge, but you can also decide to do so yourself. SYNTAGMA is also often called upon for a second opinion.
