Systemic Intervention
A systemic approach helps children, young people, parents and social environment to communicate better and to function better psychologically, socially, culturally and societally.
In 4 days, system theoretical principles and interventions in specific situations and from different angles (including structural, strategic, contextual, narrative) are discussed. Attention is paid to the own family system and case histories from client systems contributed by the participants are used. Theory is alternated with practicing skills, during the meetings and between successive meetings. This can create an optimal balance between knowledge and ability.
On day 4, system-theoretic reflection with regard to your own casuistry is central.
At the end of these four days, participants will be able to describe a family system in terms of structure, patterns, climate and narratives.
