When you sign up for an activity at SYNTAGMA Psychology Mediation Coaching Training, contact us via a form or download something from our website(s), we ask for (your) personal data. With this privacy policy we would like to tell you for what purpose(s) we do this and why we believe we have a legitimate interest in doing so. This policy is in line with the new guidelines according to the AVG and applies to all activities of SYNTAGMA Psychology Mediation Coaching Training. 1. Guarantee privacy
We consider it very important to guarantee the privacy and data of our visitors. That is why we ensure that your data is secured and monitored against misuse and unauthorized parties. SYNTAGMA Psychology Mediation Coaching Training retains your data for as long as required and/or they are relevant in connection with the purposes described in points 3, 4 and 5.

3. What do we use your personal data for?
Insofar as the services of SYNTAGMA Psychology Mediation Coaching Training fall within the policy framework of the Dutch Healthcare Authority, the NZa legally prescribes which data must be registered in the client file. The NZa also prescribes which information must be stated on the relevant invoices. We limit ourselves to your name, address and contact details in order to provide you with additional information about our services and training offerings and to enable them to be properly implemented. You can think of creating an account for an eHealth application, handling training courses and sending online newsletters and/or brochures (after permission).
4. What personal data do we collect and process?
Depending on the context, we collect and process, among other things, the following personal data:
• Your initials, first and last name
• Home address
• E-mail address
• Phone number
In the case of the NZa obligation, the following are added:
• Date of birth
• Birthplace
• Citizen Service Number
• ID type and number
• Health insurer and policy number
• GP
5. How do we collect your personal data?
In principle, we only collect personal data 'offline' in direct contact with you. If you contact SYNTAGMA Psychology Mediation Coaching Training or register via the website or e-mail, your data will not be automatically saved, but only registered manually. Only in those cases where the NZa requires this, do we verify the relevant data via the platform of the joint health insurers, Vecozo. Vecozo stands for 'secure communication in healthcare' for the safe and efficient exchange of administrative data in healthcare. If you have not made yourself known by means of an e-mail address, we will keep your information anonymous. This is not linked to any other personal information. You can choose to disable cookies. You do this by using the options of your browser. You can find more information about these options on the website of your browser provider.
6. Processing personal data
Only authorized employees have access to personal data. We overcome this with non-disclosure agreements and a rights structure per system and the use of complex, changing passwords per system. We use an internet-based Practice Management System and an eHealth platform. Processing agreements have been concluded with each of the providers of these systems that oblige them to the same privacy protection as that which applies to SYNTAGMA Psychology Mediation Coaching Training. We do not sell or provide your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Right to access / rectify / delete personal data
Are you a client of SYNTAGMA Psychology Mediation Coaching Training and would you like to see which of your personal details are known to us? Then you can use your right of access. If your personal data is incorrect, you can ask SYNTAGMA Psychology Mediation Coaching Training to adjust this data and delete it where necessary. If desired, you can object to the processing or request that the processing be limited or data transferred, insofar as legal regulations do not oppose this. 8. Data Breach Notification

This means that we first determine the seriousness of the report based on the guidelines and, if necessary, proceed to submit a report to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. We also timely inform all parties involved and interested parties about the data breach and the actions taken.

SYNTAGMA Psychology Mediation Coaching Training has the right to change the content of this privacy policy where necessary. We recommend that you read this policy regularly so that you are aware of these changes. The last change took place on: November 17, 2022.
