Solution oriented coaching

In today’s society coaching is used more and more. Questions may deal with personal growth and/or effectiveness, but on reintegration after e.g. a burn-out as well.

Both individual employees and employers that decide to invoke support or want to offer support for personal grow to their collaborators apply for coaching.

Central to solution oriented coaching is the future orientedness. Questions like:
